Karaoke and Takoyaki

I was hoping to sleep in on Sunday and relax for once.
Instead, I met up with some Japanese friends. We went to karaoke, a bookstore, the grocery store, and then we tried to make takoyaki.

we were going to make takoyaki, but we soon discovered that the takoyaki maker didn't work. So we ended up throwing all the ingredients together in a pan

It rained a ton. When it rains here, it really pours. My entire shoes and feet were quickly soaking wet. It can get fairly windy too. When it rains, you will probably get very wet, even if you have an umbrella.
