東京 (4) - owl cafe

More pictures from around Tokyo.

These trucks drive around Shibuya crossing to advertise, usually for music. They have speakers to play music, as you can see here

I went to an owl cafe. I know of various animal cafes around South Korea and Japan. There are cat cafes and dog cafes in Myeongdong in Seoul, for example. In Japan, I've also heard of rabbit cafes and monkey cafes. The idea is that you get to see these animals and pet them. I never had any interest in going to one.
At this cafe, the birds are kept in cages and there's an owl room. When you pay after having something at the cafe, you can choose to pay a fee in order to spend time in the owl room to pet them and take pictures. You have five minutes, and there's a timer on the wall.
